Best practices in support/ help docs

Hello! We’re part way through revamping the content on our support/ help pages for the site - creating new content, updating things, and planning for some new how-to videos.
Do you have reference sites that you think do a particularly good job organizing and surfacing their customer support content? Would love to see any recommended references or, conversely, things to avoid. (Also, once we’ve got our content revamped, we’ll be integrating it with our customer support tools!)

Google products (YouTube for example) -

There is a reapting structure in all - top block would have a search box in which the user can search for his or her support docs, and then a categorized lists of links to relevant help/support pages.
